At Fairy Dreams Bridal, we want your special day to be perfect, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unworn, unaltered gowns and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made orders and final sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our bridal concierge within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your item back in its original garment bag and shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Use our pre-paid shipping label to drop your package off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives your return, we will perform a thorough quality check and issue your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
